Hi, I’m

Rehan Adamjee

​Im Rehan Adamjee. Current student at Harvard Business & Kennedy School, Stanford Grad, 4X Marathoner, Former Social Entrepreneur. I'm passionate about improving people's  health wellbeing through promoting sport, fitness, and preventive health measures. I believe everyone should have the tools and knowledge to take charge of their health (and lives).  As a passionate advocate for health and wellness, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Through my website, I aim to inspire and educate others on the importance of holistic well-being, offering valuable resources and tips to support your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

  • Analytics: Led analytics strategy to measure platform impact and inform product development roadmap. 

  • Stakeholder management: Aligned investors and C-Suite around key growth metrics in preparation for company’s Series A round.

  • Strategic Planning: Developed framework to evaluate new markets as part of growth strategy. 

  • Quantitative analysis: Analyzed public datasets to identify top ~15 markets from an initial list of ~940 metropolitan areas. Presented findings to leadership team in preparation for Series B Round

  • Due diligence: Led calls with companies operating in Sub Saharan Africa and South Asia to evaluate business models and alignment with fund focus

Health system serving population of 2M+ in highly marginalized communities across Karachi

Deputy Director, Strategy, Planning & Growth (2020-2022); Manager, Strategy & Innovation (2018-2019)

  • Product Management: Led development of electronic healthcare record from ideation through implementation. Scaled to 200,000+ patients, achieved user satisfaction rate of ~90% and reduced data collection time by ~30%.

  • Growth Strategy: Oversaw growth strategy to expand health system from ~2 facilities to 40+ citywide. Led major cross-sector stakeholder partnerships as part of Gates Foundation projects worth ~$26M USD.

  • Leadership: Managed diverse teams of 30+ people and led initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention (e.g., hiring of Chief People Officer, development of policies on organizational culture)

Social business focused on increasing access to safe drinking water in low-income urban communities

  • Entrepreneurship: Founded the company and sold 2M+ litres of water to ~2,500 daily beneficiaries. 

  • General management: Led day-to-day operations, marketing, and financial planning for business growth.

Primary Healthcare Leader, World Health Organization (2018) – One of 21 leaders selected from ~3K candidates

Personal

Completed 4 marathons, with personal best of ~3 hours in Berlin. Share advice on training and running psychology on social media. Built communities of athletes to increase motivation and share race strategies.
